The Yemeni Union of football approved enlarged meeting of the special discussion and adoption of the list of season 2012/2013 and draw the first division on Monday, 19 November 2012 at the headquarters of the Yemeni Union for football . The presence of representatives of the clubs first and second class as well as the heads of Union branches in the provinces, as well as to discuss and approve the financial and administrative report of the Federation of football season 2011/2012 and Union plan for the football season 2012/2013.
Also, the Yemeni Union induce the first and second clubs yo speed nominate their representatives to attend the meeting as well as send their proposals to the draft list of the league for the new football season.
The Yemeni Union football has acknowledged determine the date of the League first and second division of the football season 2012/2013 so that off the first division on Thursday, 22 November 2012, and launched the second division on Thursday, 6 December 2012 .
