Hadhramout Deputy Security Director Col. Harmal Al-anqat Viewed the programs and activities carried out by the National Foundation for the fight against khat, drugs. He said the effort being done by the institution in the elimination of the negative phenomena arising from drug and khat use This came about during a meeting held in the central prison.that was attended by Hussein Hashem Al-hamed prison Director,Provincial Director of Investigation col.Abdullah Al-ahwal.Chairman of National Foundation for the fight against khat and drugs in Hadhramaut Sheikh Munir Saleh Al-jaberi gave full explanation on the activities of the Foundation's and its programs which aims to educate the community about the risks and disadvantages suffered by users of these toxic substances. He noted that the institution will adopt the rehabilitation and operation of a sewing factory and brick factory in the central prison. such projects are of Hussein importance to the prisoners and the a way for them to earn livelihood for and their families, filled the void for serving in prison.
The public security leadership in the Governorate and the central prison in Mukalla commended the efforts undertaken by the institution, including the interest to rehabilitate prisoners. Expressing the readiness to facilitate all the needs of the institution so as to make their work easy in implementation such quality job.
