Hadhramaut local Authority governing body urges the activation of food and water control system. in the province.
The Authority commended the efforts being implemented by the National Laboratories Center for Public Health in the province on the ongoing testing of water, food, detection of pathogens, toxins and to demonstrate the approved specifications and standards which would preserve the health of citizens. This came in the Authority meeting held today in Mukalla under the chairmanship of Hadhramaut Governor /Council President Khalid Saeed Al-deini. The Governing Body heard the oral report given by the Director-General of the Center, Dr. Haji Omar Al-Shuaib about perceptions and suggestions on activating the role of supervising and controlling of food and water in line with the directives of local authority on the subject of food and water that is in circulation to undergo laboratory testing.
