Chaotic and subversive elements beyond law and order today disputed public life and order in the city of Mukalla. They assaulted and tamped with public and private property, disrupted and confused the public and induced fear and panic panic and in the hearts of peaceful citizens. It included acts of sabotage disrupted traffic movement by blocking main city streets with stone, and the closure of shops, bank by force, disrupted the process of process od study in many schools, burned tires in the main streets to block traffic of vehicles and throwing stones, sound bombs on citizens who carried on thier normal work, as well as at passing cars as well as those security men performing their duties by maintaining public security, stability and public order. A number of these elements beyond law and order also tried to attack postal workers in Mukalla and prevented them from exercising their duties of paying staff's salary as well as providing different postal services to the public. In addition they forced buses and taxis drivers from operating on the internal routs within in the city and stopped their work by forcing passengers out of the buses and they also smashed car screens of a number of cars with stones. Citizens across the city of Mukalla, expressed Their conviction and condemnation of such acts of sabotage and hooliganism and chaotic that was caused by the disruption and confusion of public life and order. Also th stopping of public interest and activities which caused panic and fear in the hearts of children and families. They pointed out that such acts are outside the law, order and alien to the people of Hadhramaut and its culture which object to such violence and chaos. They asserted that these actions are of those misled elements carrying out their aggressive agenda toward their parents, homeland and also trying to destabilize security,stability disturb public order and create chaos in the province. The citizens also expressed their displeasure with the involvement of children and youth and misleading them to do such acts punishable by the law. They called on the security services to carry out their duties in maintaining citizen's security, protect public and private property and stop the perpetrators of these acts of anarchy, sabotage and bring them to justice so that they receive their deterrent punishment for what they have committed which beyond the law and order..
