Al-Qirbi meets with British officials

Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi met on Wednesday in London with UK Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs William Hauge.
During the meeting, the British official affirmed that his country would keep its support to stability and unity of Yemen and various areas of development in the country.
They also discussed the preparations for a meeting of Friends of Yemen to be held in the Saudi capital Riyadh in March.In addition, al-Qirbi and Hauge agreed to hold a mutual meeting between the two countries soon.Issues regarding African refugees in Yemen were reviewed by al-Qirbi and Hauge.Meanwhile, al-Qirbi discussed with a British official in the National Security a number of security issues of common interests as well as aspects of technical assistance and training support provided by Britain to Yemen.
