State terrorism Israel is exercising against the disarmed Palestinians and Israeli banned weapons and internationally forbidden acts are so clear to expose Israel's aggressive intentions and wars in the region, Parliament Speaker said on Wednesday.
In his speech to the exceptional meeting of the Parliamentary Union of the Organization of the Islamic Conference member states in the UAE emirate of Abu Dhabi, Yahya al Ra'e urged Arab and Muslim countries to take action toward all Israeli acts and take steps to help the Palestinians, who continue to struggle against the Israeli occupation.Furthermore, he urged the international community to pressure Israel to commit it to international resolutions including those over the Palestinian statehood after the U.S. and its allies failed to do that.In his speech, al Ra'e praised the efforts of the UAE authorities exposing the lies and plots of Mossad and its supporters behind the murder of Palestinian Mahmoud al Mabhouh in the UAE in 2010.If al Mabhouh was murdered in Europe or America and an Arab or Muslim person was the suspect, the Arab media would exaggerate the situation and a comprehensive economic blockade would be imposed on some, he said.Yemen's participation in this meeting comes to discuss several issues concerned by the Muslim nation amid the current complicated international circumstances including attributing terrorism to Islam, he said."Different types of terrorism have led to a conclusion that the whole world should work together to face this global pandemic. Terrorists are terrifying the people throughout the world without exception because they belong to no religion or country," said the speaker. The Yemeni people are determined to continue promoting democracy, boosting economy and maintaining the national unity, whatever challenges they face are, said al Ra'e, as he reiterated Yemen's support for Iraq, Sudan and Somalia."Furthermore, any country in the world has the right to have peaceful nuclear energy. It is illogical to allow a country, just like Israel, to have nuclear weapons, while the international community insists on punishing other countries to prevent them from building peaceful nuclear energy," he said.
