Industry Minster flies to Egypt

Industry and Trade Minister Yahya al-Mutawakil Sunday left for Egypt to take part in a meeting of the Arab Economic and Social Council of the Arab League.
The meeting will prepare for an Arab Economic and Social Development Summit to be held on January 19, 2011 in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.Speaking to Saba, al-Mutawakil said that the council will discuss a number of recommendations relating to a World Bank initiative on infrastructure projects and Arab economic challenges.
He added that the council will also focus on rehabilitation of the infrastructure in the Arab states in addition to discussing issues relating to human development.
