Interior Minister receives Saudi, Egyptian counterparts in Cairo

On the sidelines of the joint meeting of Arab Ministers of Interior and Justice at the Arab League in Cairo, Minister of Interior Mutahar al-Masri met on Tuesday with the Saudi Minister of Interior Prince Naif bin Abdul Aziz.
During the meeting, they reviewed aspects of security cooperation and coordination between Yemen and Saudi Arabia, specially training and counterterrorism. On the other hand, al-Masri met with the Egyptian Minister of Interior Habib al-Adily and discussed with him the bilateral cooperation between the two countries in the security field.
The Egyptian minister praised success of the Yemeni security systems in securing events of the 20th Gulf Cup in Yemen.The talks also shed lights on activating the bilateral cooperation in combating terrorism and protecting the international marine routes in the area.The minister also met with interior ministers of Palestine, Iraq, Kuwait, Morocco and Sudan, separately, and reviewed with them security cooperation between Yemen and each of their countries.
