Russian envoy hails Yemen's success in hosting 20th Gulf Cup

Russian ambassador to Yemen hailed on Thursday Yemen's success in hosting the 20th Gulf Cup championship, held recently in Yemen. This came in a meeting gathered Interior Minister Mutahar al-Masri and the Russian ambassador, who discussed aspects of security cooperation and coordination between the friendly countries and means of boosting them, especial with regard to combating terrorism and drugs and training field.
Al-Masri praised the strong historical relations between the two counties in all fields, including the security field.For his part, the Russian ambassador confirmed his country's support to Yemen's security, stability and unity, and voiced his country's readiness to provide support and assist to the Yemeni security services so as to develop their performance.He valued facilities given to the Russian embassy by the leadership of the Interior Ministry
