Al-Alimi meets Chinese ambassador

Deputy Prime Minister for Security Affairs and Defense and Minister of Local Administration Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi met here on Thursday the Chinese ambassador to Yemen Liu Denglin.
In the meeting, the two sides discussed a number of topics relating to development and economic aspects and the distinguished bilateral historical relations between the two friendly countries.For this part, al-Alimi praised the historical relations between the two friendly countries, affirming the need to boost cooperation in development, economic and security fields as well as benefiting from the Chinese experience in the field of local governance. For his part, the Chinese ambassador to Yemen Liu Denglin made it clear that his country will support economic and development fields of Yemen as well as coordination with Local Administration to benefit from the Chinese experience in local governance.
