A training course starts in Seiyoun for Social Welfare Fund cadres

A training session in the field of rural appraisal and community participation started today in the city of Seiyoun. The course is organized by the Social Welfare Fund with the support of
UNDP is specially done for cadres from Social Welfare Fund from all the
governrates of the Republic.The aim of the session is provide the participants with knowledge and skills to enable them to assess the targeting policy implemented by the Social Welfare Fund, during the previous phase according to a systematic evaluation of rural community involvement in determining the levels of poverty for families living in the communities. The course will last for six days with the participation of 30 trainees and trainees from the main center of the Social Welfare Fund and nine branches of the Fund in the governorates of Hadhramout coast, Wadi, Al Jawf, Al-mahra, Shabwa' Hajjah, Mahweet, Amran, and Sa'ada . Deputy Director General for Monitoring and Evaluationin the Welfare Fund at the head office -Fund of Social Welfare Mr. Naji Obad Ali Al-showainah told (SABA) that the course program includes organizing field visits for three Districts in the Wadi so as to apply knowledge received by the trainees into practice whiich comes within the framework of training program that target a number of SFD staff in all provinces of the Republic for the development of disease in the context of the activities of the Fund's activities
