A meeting held today in Seiyoun under the chairmanship of Hadhramaut Undersecretary for Wadi and Sahraa Affairs, discussed procedures for implementing projects, maintenance and restoration of a number of palaces, forts and monuments of archaeologicalin the city of Tarim.
It also discussed the preparation of designs and technical studies .
.It was attended by Tarim District General Manager, Director General -managers from seiyoun distric offices of the Ministries of Cultur, Public Works, Highways and the branch of the provincial Generala Authority for protcting historical cities as well as General manager of the hygiene Fund and Public Works in Tarim District. The meeting discussed among others. procedures completed for those plans and present them to the functional specialist for review and then prepare final results to presented to the next meeting to be held next week , for endorsment by the parties concerned. parties next week for endorsement as well as advertising.
