Oman drew 1-1 with Bahrain as the two countries played against each other on Tuesday on the second day of action in the 20th Gulf Football Cup.
Playing on the May 22 Stadium in Aden, Oman scored its goal in the first half of the match, while the Bahraini goal was scored in the second half.
The championship is being held in Aden and Abyan through November 22 to December 05.This is the first match of the second group with include besides Oman and Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates and Iraq, who will play later today [Tuesday].
Yesterday [Monday], two football matches of the first group teams were played in the same stadium. In the first one, Yemen was beat by Saudi Arabia 4-0. In the second match, Kuwait won Qatar 1 – 0.
