Cabinet aamendment to National Flag Lawpproves The Source: SANA'A/hadhramaut.info/sabanews.net - 14/11/2010

The cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar, approved in its weekly meeting on Sunday draft amendment to the National Flag Law No. 1 for 1990. The draft amendment includes 17 articles in 6 chapters projecting status and standards of the national flag, saluting the flag, places, times and occasions to raise the flag and prohibitions of using the flag, in addition to penalties and final provisions.
The cabinet directed Minister of Legal Affairs, Parliament and Shura Council to finalize the legal and constitutional procedures for the law to be ratified
