Defense Minister Mohammed Naser Ahmed met in here on Wednesday with Gerald Michael Feierstein, the newly appointed US ambassador to Yemen.

During the meeting, Ahmed and Feierstein discussed the bilateral cooperation relations between the two friendly countries and means of strengthening them, particularly in combating terrorism area.
