Yemen, France discuss security cooperation

Interior Minister Mutahar al-Masri discussed on Monday with the French ambassador to Yemen Joseph Silva aspects of security cooperation and coordination between the two countries and means of boosting them.
In the meeting, al-Masri praised the distinct bilateral relations between the two friendly countries in all areas including the security field.
.He noted that the visit of President Ali Abdullah Saleh to France is
the best proof of the seriousness and strength of the bilateral
relations binding the two friendly peoples and countries.For his part, the French envoy pointed to the significant development
witnessed by the bilateral cooperation relations between the two
countries in all areas especially the security area.He commended the development seen by the Yemeni security agencies and
the successes they achieved in all areas, voicing the readiness of his
country to provide further support to them.
