Saleh meets outgoing British envoy

President Al Abdullah Saleh received on Wednesday outgoing UK ambassador to Yemen Tim Torlot. They discussed the bilateral relationship and ways to boost cooperation between Yemen and Britain in all areas.
President Saleh praised the efforts of Torlot in strengthening the Yemeni-British ties during his tenure and the level of cooperation between the two countries. He also appreciated the UK support for Yemen's unity, stability and democracy within the Group of Yemen's Friends.For his part, Torlot praised the Yemeni-UK cooperation level and thanked the Yemeni government for care and assistance that helped him do his responsibilities in the best interest of both countries
