Omani and Indian officials arrive in Sana'a

The 26th session of the Secretariat General for Centers of Documents and Studies of the GCC States (SGCDS) is to kick off on Wednesday in Sana'a and will last for two days In this regard, Chairman of the National Authority for Documents and Archives of Oman Hamad bin Mohammed al-Dhowyani and Deputy Chairman of Archives of India arrived Tuesday in Sana'a to partake in the SGCDS's 26th session, to be held in Sana'a during the period from September 30 to October 1.In a statement to Saba, al-Dhowyani noted to the importance of issues to be discussed by the session which would contribute to develop the joint work to promote the documentation work in the member States.For his part, the Indian official pointed out that his participation in this session comes to discuss mechanisms to strengthen bilateral cooperation between his country and the centers of the GCC states in the field of archives and documents.
