Tender of envelope opening was done yesterday in Mukalla in the presence of Engineer Abdullah Muhammed Mutaafi Executive Director of the reconstruction fund, Duan Local Council Secretary-General Khaled Ba- Muushab Al-amoudi and officials from Mukalla Fund's branch and the tender committee/ It was for the restoration of five water falls affected by the disaster, rain . and floods of 2008, in Duan area.
