Minister of Electricity and Energy Awadh Saad
Al-sogotri and Hadhramout's Governor Salem Ahmed Al-Khanbashi today inaugurated
electricity power stations in Wadi Hadhramaut.
TThe power stations will
strengthen power supply in Amd District of Wadi Hadhramaut, it include
construction of a 33 kV with a length of 41 kilometers connected to a power
station transformer, at a cost of SR 400 million government-funded
The
inauguration ceremony was attended by
Provincial Assistant Undersecretary for Wadi and Sahraa Affairs Fahad Salaah Al-aajam , Member of
Parliament Sheikh Mabkhout Mubarak bin Maadhi, Local Council Services Commission Chairman
Mohammed Fares Bin Fares, Deputy Director-General of Power Authority for power distribution and technical
inspection engineer/ Harith Abdul Karim Al-amri and Amd District Local Authority Officials, Wadi Hadhramaut and Sahraa Director-General
of electricity Engineer Yislam Al-sufrah and
a number of other officials.
