First General campaign to combat dengue fever continued Mukalla including home spraying, awareness and educating the publibc.
The activities in its fifth day non stop and it will continue the eighth of August an according to Dr. Abdullah Salim bin Ghouth member of the Hidhramaut Higher Committee for anti-dengue fever, mentioned that the campaign has received overwhelming response from citizens who interacted with voluntary teams that are patrolling city of mukalla neighborhoods. The teams were distributed into five zones and they have fully supported by the authorities as to make this camapign successfull and to achieve tits goals. Dr. Gouth thanked all official and public for thier great efforts and grass-roots unity to tackle the disease,
dengue fever and controlling it which is in the public interest He went on calling on citizens to
shoulder their responsibilities, cooperation and interaction with the
campaign teams and sprayers, educatiors to allow them to visit
their homes to perform a national duty that is significant to thier health and interest to various segments of society. It should be noted that
the campaign on its early stage twenty aims to visit twenty thousand houses in the city
of Mukalla..
