Yemen was elected as head of the General Conference of the 22nd the Arab Atomic Energy Agency.

According to the 26sep.net the President's Adviser of Technology and Secretary-General of the Yemeni National Atomic Energy Commission Mohammed al-Hada represented Yemen in the General Conference.He said that the conference will discuss over two days mechanism of the Arab Atomic Energy Agency and the joint Arab cooperation programs, as well as approving the agency bylaw.
