Industry Minister meets Indian outgoing ambassador

Minister of Industry and Trade Yahya al-Mutawakil met here on Saturday with the Indian ambassador to Yemen Praveen Verma on the occasion of ending his tenure.
Talks in the meeting discussed areas of joint cooperation between the two friendly countries in the trade and investment fields and horizons of boosting them.Al-Mutawakil looked forward to see further development in the Indian investments in Yemen during the coming period taking advantage of the attractive investment opportunities and facilities granted to investors under the laws in force.He valued the Indian support to Yemen to complete the accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), voicing his hope that this support continues in the coming period.For his part, the Indian envoy expressed his appreciation for the Yemeni government for the facilities provided to him during his term, affirming his country's keenness to develop the joint cooperation with Yemen in all fields
