Yemeni delegation heads for Turkey

A delegation from the governorate of Sana'a, headed by Director General of Public Health and Population Office Khalid al-Montasir, headed on Friday to Turkey to discuss cooperation aspects between the governorate of Sana'a and the Turkish governorate of Konya.
Upon departure, Montasir said in a statement to Saba that the one-week visit comes within the bilateral cooperation between the two countries, noting that the delegation will hold talks with officials in the governorate of Konya over a number of health issues.
He pointed out that they will visit hospitals in the governorate to prepare for cooperation agreements in the field of training the Yemeni health cadres in the hospitals of the governorate and will coordinate to set up Turkish medical camps in Sana'a governorate, in addition to benefiting from the Turkish medical expertise.
