Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Abdul Karim al-Arhabi met on Monday with the UNDP's mission for assessing the needs of affected areas in Saada province, headed by the UNDP's resident-representative in Sana'a Pratibha Mehta.
The two sides reviewed a number of issues relating to the survey on assessing the needs of areas affected by the recent war in Saada and efforts to accelerate the reconstruction process.
In addition to, they discussed the details of the support programs provided by the UN organizations to Yemen in field of economic diversification and the progress in the preparation of the fourth five-year plan.On another hand, al-Arhabi met with Director General of the Arab Center for the Studies of Arid Zones and Dry Lands (ACSAD), Rafiq Ali Saleh
