PM applauds the EU aid to Yemen

Prime Minster Ali Mujawar hailed on Wednesday the volume of aid the European Union (EU) presents to the development in Yemen.
Mediterranean at the directorate general for external relations Tomas Dupla Del Moral, Mujawar valued the EU intention to increase its future aid to Yemen with abut 40 percent.
He briefed the EU delegation on the distinct steps Yemen has made under the national reform agenda and their affects on the Yemeni economic and human resources.
He said that the government looks forward to more European support for Yemen in such areas besides its support for development process in via Yemen's Friends Group.
Making reference to the national dialogue, Mujawar said that developing the election management, the constitutional amendments and wide-accountability local ruling would be on the table of the national dialogue.In return, Moral briefed the Premier on the cooperation areas discussed on Tuesday in the 17th round meeting of the Yemeni-European joint committee and the priority areas that will be focused on in the future, including the basic services for rural areas and alleviating poverty.The European official accentuated his always support to the Yemeni government in the development process and to encounter the current challenges Yemen faces, particularly the economic and political ones.
