The delegation was briefed during the visit on services provided by the cooperative market in field of marketing vegetables and other agricultural projects to the various provinces of the country.The delegation noted the marketing activity of the market, pointing to the exerted efforts to expand the volume of exchanging agricultural products between Yemen and Syria so as to enhance the agricultural and economic activity between the two brotherly countries.Also, the Syrian delegation visited Alkahal water barrage in Alhajarh village in Jahran district, which has been established recently with funding from the Fish and Agricultural Encouragement Fund.Furthermore, the delegation got acquainted with activities of the highland agricultural cooperative association.During the visit, the delegation was accompanied by agricultural officials and the local council's secretary general in the province of Dhamar.
