The Secretary of General People's Committee for Agriculture, Livestock and Marine Abdul Majeed Gaaod, the special envoy of Libyan President Muammar al-Gaddafi, arrived in here on Monday.

Gaaod told Saba that the visit aims to convey two letters from Libyan President Muammar al-Gaddafi to President Ali Abdullah Saleh.The letters deals with the extraordinary Arab summit and the Arab-African Summit in Libya, in addition to the bilateral relations between Yemen and Libya.
