Al-Arhabi praises outcomes of IDB Group Session held in Baku

Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Abdul-Karim al-Arhabi, praised on Saturday the outcomes of the annual session of the Islamic Development Bank Group The session concluded on Friday in Azerbaijan capital, Baku.
During the session, Yemen was elected to be the head of the next meeting of the IDB Group that will take place in May 2011 in Sana'a, he said.On the margins of the conference, two agreements were signed with IFAD and the Islamic Development Bank worth $ 25.5 million.
The sums will be used to finance the economic opportunities project for small farmers, improving cash crops and creating jobs for farmers in the countryside.
