Yemeni embassy and information attache in Washington yesterday joined World Cultures day ceremony. It was organized by the World Bank at its headquarters in Washington On this occasion Yemen participated by displaying many silver artifacts and handicrafts that abound in Yemen and represent the diversity and richness of Yemeni culture. Alsoit dispalyed brochures and publications on tourism as well as investment opportunities in Yemen.
.Information Attache presented popular fashion heritage of men and women representing various provinces of Yemen.and also presented was a section on Yemeni natural products starting with coffee, incense, honey, a popular seafood that won applause from the participants and visitors. .It should be noted that the celebration of cultures is beig held annually and is a series of performing arts.and drama . This one is being the tenth ceremony organized by the World Bank to highlight the diversity of world cultures.
