Security authorities in Yemen's southern province of Abyan have arrested a man suspected of producing explosives including the one that was found under the bridge in Zunjbar city, the Interior Ministry has reported.
The explosive device contained three plastic battles filled with dynamite and that were tied to an explosive belt covered with cotton, according to police.The arrest took place after a widened investigation into the incident that revealed the man's involvement in it.He is now under custody and his investigation is continuing.
