The President was to invite  all spectrums of political parties in our country, all citizens at home and abroad to the national dialogue under the dome of the constitutional institutions.  Also welcomed the establishment of a national partnership between various partners of the  political life in the homeland as well as the  possibility of forming Government of  partnership from political actors represented in the House of Representatives, led by key partners in the building of the Union and those defend it. In addition to that,  the parliamentary elections on schedule in light of the constitutional legitimacy and political pluralism.
