Yemeni envoy hails Saudi support to Yemen unity, stability

Yemeni ambassador to Saudi Arabia Mohammad al-Ahwal has praised the Saudi support to Yemen's unity, security and stability.
In a statement to Saudi Press Agency on the 20th anniversary of the Unification Day of Yemen, the ambassador said that the mutual relations between the two countries are directly under the auspices of President Ali Abdullah Saleh and Saudi King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, describing them as deep and historical.Al-Ahwal also expressed Yemen's appreciation to the Saudi support for development, unity, security and stability of the country, pointing out that the signing of the 2000 border agreement in the Saudi city of Jeddah had opened up an extensive cooperation relationship between Yemen and Saudi Arabia."Yemen adopts a policy of mutual respect, common interests, non-interference in the internal affairs of others, building bridges of cooperation and partnership with our neighbors, in particular Saudi Arabia, to achieve more economic growth, political stability and combating terrorism", the Yemeni envoy said.
