Reconstruction Fund Executive Director for Hadhramout and Mahra provinces Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Mutaafi directed that Operation rooms to be formed.. He directed all branches of the Fund in Mukalla and Seiyoun, and Al-mahra to form emergency rooms and to follow up any adverse effects of the tropical storm that could hit Gulf of Aden, eastern coast of the and Socotra Archipelago.
