Interior Minister Mutahar Rashad al-Masri said on Friday that police had arrested all suspects involved in the failed suicide attack that targeted the convoy of British envoy to Yemen on Monday, the September website reported At the end of the annual meeting of police and security leaders in the Secretariat Capital, the minister said among the arrested were masterminds and financiers of the attack carried out by a 22-year-old student.Urging to double efforts and taking preventive measures to foil crimes, he noted that the ministry will build this year three police stations in the Secretariat Capital, where 190 highly-skilled staffs supplied with necessary equipment will work.He, moreover, voiced the ministry's readiness to support the networking project for data circulated at various police stations and security apparatuses.Early on Monday, a suicide bomber, Othman Ali Noman al-Celwi, detonated an explosive vest at the convoy of British ambassador Tim Torlot at the Berlin Park in Noqum District, Sana'a, but he failed to hurt the envoy and other British diplomats.His body parts were seen at the site and police found his head on the roof one of the houses in the area. Hours after the attack, the bomber was identified by police.Three passers-by were slightly injured in the attack that the authorities said bore the hallmarks of al-Qaeda. No group has claimed responsibility for it yet
