Hadhramout Under- secretary for Technical Affairs, Engineer / Fahad Saeed Menhali was breifed on a number of development projects in the in Hemam area in Rural Mukalla District. The total cost of of all thes projects is one billion and 85 million 833 thousends and 975 riyals all in roads project through the Wadi Hemam of 47 kilometers in length, that connects the villages of Wadi Hemam to the city of Mukalla
