Cabinet directed on Tuesday Deputies Prime Minister and Ministers to enhance performance in their ministries and the affiliates during the rest period of 2009 and the next year.
The cabinet urged its members to consider the notes presented by the cabinet and those mentioned in the semiannual report of the government's performance.
The cabinet directed to make the accomplishment reports drafts of the ministerial performance and the actions taken during 2009 aiming to implement the modified goals of the 3rd economic and social development plan, the 2nd phase of the national reforms agenda for 2009-2010, and the future plans for executing the government's missions 2009 as well as the implementations level of the government's performance plan for 2009. The reports are to be submitted to the cabinet's Secretariat-General in preparation for making the government's performance report draft for 2009 which will be referred to the parliament after it being discussed and approved by the government. The cabinet stressed that the report draft preparation should be according to the unified forms prepared by the secretariat-general and adhered to the specified measures, requirements and dates. In its session on Tuesday chaired by Prime Minister Ali Mujawar, the cabinet approved the semiannual report of the government's performance presented by the secretariat-general and after it has been reviewed by the different ministries.
