Hadhramout Undersecretary for Wadi and Sahraa Affairs Mr. Omaier Mbaraka Omaeir , the importance Tarim Local Council contribution effectively to the success of activities and events devoted for the ceremonial of Tarim being the capital of Islamic culture in 2010 He indicated this during his meeting with the President,Secretary General and members of Tarim Local Council ,the need that the local council together with its the executive bodies concerned start in removing obstacles and any innovation done infront of the shops and workshops within the Business center of Tarim also to initiate the implementation of improvements to the pavements and tarmac the streest those enters to the city, expressing hope the cooperation of all people, led by the city of Tarim continue the role and efforts of their parents and grandparents that have had a significant impact on that, making the city takes its international standing among a number of cities in the Islamic world.The meeting was devoted to discuss number of issuesrelated to active service, facilities and the level of their performance and subject to construct totally the affected areas and rehabilitate damages done to the agricultural sector due to rain and floods of last year. Also to address the shortage of teachers in a number of schools, within the District and to find solutions to the problem to f the rapid process of water swage and waste waters with in the city of Tarim and amke use of those with experience and specialists during the implementation of the refinement to the seages and flood waeters and other key issuesTarim Disrict Commissioner Mr. Mohammed Brek Al-Tamimi stressed on this meeting should come out with a visions and the results that will contribute in solving issues faced by the District..He reviewed the actions undertaken by the local council on ways to celebrate Tarim being the capital of Islamic culture in 2010.
