Governor receives UNHCR delegation

The governor of Hadhramaut, Mr. Abdulgader Ali Hilal met in his office yesterday the delegation of the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) headed by Dr. Adel Jasmine, the representative of UNHCR in Yemen who explained to the governor the activities of the Office in Yemen.
Mr. Jasamine praised Yemen's efforts to care for the refugees stating that Yemen has a good reputation at the international level with regard to their dealings with refugees.
On his part, Mr. Hilal welcomed the delegation of the United Nations during visit to Hadhramaut, praising their efforts in the follow-up and care of refugees.
The governor stressed that the political leadership represented by HE. Ali Abdullah Saleh wants to deal well with the refugees from African countries as an application of the teachings of Islam.
