KSrelief Center and the UN OCHA inked Wednesday via video conference an
agreement aimed to support the Humanitarian Response Plan in Yemen with
total amount $12 million.
The agreement signed by the Advisor in the Royal Divan, General Supervisor of KSrelief Dr. Abdullah Arrabiah and the UN Under-Secretary General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator and the Head of the UN Office for Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA).
Dr. Arrabia stated that this agreement comes within the course of several agreements with the UN's agencies and international organizations which operate in humanitarian actions in Yemen.
He added that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia contributed to the UN Humanitarian Response Plan in Yemen in 2020 with $500 million.
