Saleh congratulates Ahmadinejad upon re-election

President Ali Abdullah Saleh on Monday
congratulated his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad upon his re-election as Iran's president. In his cable, Saleh wished Ahmadinejad and the Iranian people further progress and prosperity. Iran's President won Saturday a landslide victory in a crucial Iranian vote, getting a second term in office. He won 64 percent of the vote against 32 percent for his rival Mousavi. About 64 million Iranian eligible voters cast their ballots on Saturday.
