Yemeni authorities installed a thermal camera in al-Wadee port of entry
in the borders with Saudi Arabia to screen passengers for possible
covid-19 cases.
The Director of the port Mutlak Al-Sayari told Saba the device will screen drivers of vehicles transporting commercial and humanitarian goods, who are not subject to scanning by the national emergency panel.
"The camera will scan the largest number of people at a time," the director of a quarantine at the port, Adnan Afeef, said.
