Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz al-Saud said "
Saudi-led Coalition for supporting legality in Yemen has adopted clear
stance in supporting efforts to reach a political solution in accordance
with International Security Council resolution 2216, GCC's Initiative,
its executive mechanism and the National Dialogue's outcomes, we do
accept the participation of all political parties in the political
process as stipulated by the three terms of reference for political
solution".
In an interview with Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper, published today, Sunday, he added " Saudi Arabia won't accept the Houthi militia to remain outside the state's institutions, to this end we'll pursue our support for the Yemeni people in their struggle for protecting their homeland independence and sovereignty".
The Crown Prince has stated that the Kingdom's effort will be continued in the humanitarian, economic fields and re-building the government's held regions, as our goal isn't only to get Yemen cleared of Iran-backed Houthi militia, but also to achieve stability and prosperity for the whole of the Yemeni people.
