Prime Minister Mo'een Abdulmalik has confirmed that the government will
continue providing facilitations to local, regional and international
organizations operating in Yemen for helping rescue humanitarian
situation.
Receiving the Regional Director of Doctors without Borders (MSF) for Middle East Caroline Seguin on Wednesday, Prime Minister said the government values health efforts provided by the organization in Yemen, pointing out that that efforts have been one of factors helped in eliminating epidemic eruption.
"Health Situation in Yemen has witnessed remarkable improvement, despite destruction hit hospitals and ambulance cars when Houthi militia has been targeting health facilities as military targets," he added.
For her part, Seguin provided detailed report on the nature of MSF's work in Yemen, saying the organization provide direct support to hospitals across Yemen without exception.
She pointed to activities and health interventions the organization provides to targeted hospitals and future plans for expanding support to keep pace with growing health needs.
