Prime Minister Minister Ahmed bin-Daghr who is on a visit to Mukalla,
the capital of Hadhramout, has awarded a Medal of Bravery from President
Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi to an Emirati officer in recognition of his
heroic fight during his mission in Yemen.
In the awards ceremony, bin-Daghr hailed the enormous efforts of the United Arab Emirate's leadership and people in helping Yemen liberate Hadhramout and other provinces from the hands of al-Qaeda and ISIL and restore peace and security to those provinces.
The United Arab Emirates and other brotherly members of the Saudi-led Arab Coalition deserve awards and recognition of their rush to the rescue of Yemen and restoration of its state from the hands of the Iran-affiliate Houthi militia. And (they also) contributed primarily to the liberation of coastal Hadhramout from the terror elements of al-Qaeda and ISIL. said bin-Daghr.
The governor, chief of Intelligence and other top officials of Hadhramout attended the awards ceremony.
