Yemen presides ACAC 47th session in Rabat

The Executive Council of the Arab Civil Aviation Commission (ACAC) has began its 47th ordinary session in the Moroccan capital, Rabat, under the chairmanship of Yemen. The two-day session would discuss the ACAC technical, financial and administrative sides as well as the joint projects with some regional and international organizations aiming to contribute to develop the technical aspects of civil aviation.
Chairman of the ACAC executive council Hamed Faraj has reviewed, at the session's sidelines, with Saif Al Suwaidi, Director-General of the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority possibility of resuming flights to Yemen.
Faraj also valued the level of mutual cooperation relations between Yemen's Civil Aviation and Meteorology Authority and the Emirate's as well, which reflect the two countries' deep-rooted relations.
For his part, Al Suwaidi showed the authority's keenness to resume flights to Sana'a International Airport as soon as possible.
