Indian ship sinks while heading for Socotra

An Indian ship coming from the United Arab Emirates to Socotra archipelago province sank on Tuesday near the Sultanate of Oman.
Director of the Coast Guard in Socotra archipelago province, Major Mohammed Abdullah Ali, told Saba that the ship collided with head of a mountain in the sea near Oman and sank completely, confirming that the ship's crew were rescued by a ship was close to the site.
He pointed out that the ship was loaded with about 600 tons of food, iron and cars belonging to a number of Yemeni traders in Socotra.
