Republican decree appointing officials at NIAS issued

President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi issued on Tuesday a republican decree No. 124 for 2014 assigning officials in the National Institute of Administrative Sciences (NIAS). The decree appointed Ahmed Mohamed Saif al-Sha'abi as a dean of the Institute and Nafisa Hamoud Abdullah al-Washiali as his deputy for Financial and Administrative Affairs.
