Millions of Yemenis rallied on Friday in the public squares in the capital and the governorates to express their support for the national alignment and reject illegal acts led to violence and anarchy.
Mosque preachers addressed the crowds, talking about the threats posed to the country and the general public's national and religious duty to maintain security and stability, and the need to stand together to defend the gains of the revolution and the republic.
They affirmed the importance of standing in line with the national principles represented by the republican system, unity, democracy and outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference (NDC).
The preachers also valued the wise way President Abd Rabbu Mansour Hadi has adopted in dealing with attempts to circumvent the outcomes of national dialogue and impede the transition process and his adherence to tackle the various challenges with wisdom and dialogue.
They indicated to the seriousness of the continuation of the chaos that has been deviated from the right to peaceful expression to blocking roads, disrupting people's interests, and gathering armed men that threaten the security and stability of the country, reiterating their rejection any acts against the law or calls for violence.
The participants chanted slogans strongly denouncing all acts of disunity, chaos and rebellion.
