Foreign Minister Jamal al-Salal discussed on Wednesday with Japan's ambassador to Yemen Katsuyoshi Hayashi the bilateral cooperation between the two countries. The meeting touched on the progress in the underway political process in Yemen and the importance of the brotherly and friendly countries' support to Yemen politically and economically in this stage.

Al-Salal highly valued the Japanese government's support to Yemen in the humanitarian and developmental areas.
